About Us

Yes! Our Online Banking service is a safe and secure way to conduct your banking transactions. We use the highest security technology to maintain the privacy and security of your transactions.

Online Banking is free to customers of Sanborn Savings Bank.

Click on "Online Banking" at the top of the page.  Click "Enroll Now."

After you complete the online enrollment, in separate mailings, we will mail you a temporary access ID (Username) and temporary password. You should receive these in three to five days after completing the online enrollment. Once you have logged on you, will be asked to establish your own Username and password.

There is an "Online Banking" link at the top of the screen. Simply click "Online Banking", enter your Username and password and click Log in.  We also have a link to our Online Banking under Personal Banking.

Make sure you are using the correct Username and password.  If you have forgotten your password, click the Password Reset link or Forgot Password link and follow instructions.  After three (3) incorrect login attempts, your account will be locked for 10 minutes.  After another three (3) invalid login attempts, the system will lock you out for an additional ten (10) minutes. After another three (3) invalid login attempts, your account will remain locked and you will then need to contact us to unlock the account by calling us at (800)409-8455 or (712)930-3211 or stopping in.

Our Online Banking provides you with real-time information. Your online file is updated multiple times during the day showing transactions as they are applied to your account. Images of checks and deposits are available the evening of the day they are charged or credited to your account.

We ask you enter your payments in 3-5 business days before they are due to ensure they will arrive to the business on time.

Bill Pay is an online payment system that allows you to pay all of your bills online without having to write a check. Once enrolled in Bill Pay you can set up who you need to pay, enter in the amount owed, and submit. We will send the funds to the company or person you designated on your behalf.
Bill Pay is provided free of charge to all Sanborn Savings Bank customers. You may only use Bill Pay services on our checking accounts.

We would like to discuss our many options available for your next loan. Contact Us to see what your rate could be.

It is easy to enroll for E-Statements, just follow these steps:

Log into Online Banking. From your Home page, click on Profile at the top of the page.

Scroll down to the Electronic Statements section and select edit.

Select the accounts you would like to activate for E-Statements.

You simply log into Online Banking and choose your checking or savings account. Then click “Documents” at the top of your screen. A Document Search will open; click “Submit,” and choose the top statement for your most recent statement.

Our Mobile Banking App is available to download on iPhone or Android devices. To download our app, search for “TouchBanking” in the App Store or GooglePlay. When prompted, enter our App Code, “gomobilessb,” your online banking user ID, and password.
