What can I do to help protect my privacy and security?
Be sure and keep your personal Access ID, Password, PassMark image and authentication phrase confidential. Do not share them with anyone. If you believe someone may have gained access to your personal Access ID and Password notify us immediately.

We recommend you consider the following:

  1. Invest in and run a good Anti-Virus software program. Be sure to keep the program up-to-date by running the automatic update feature.

  2. Run "Windows Update" to keep your system current with the latest security patches.

  3. Install "pop up" blocking and "Spyware" blocking software.

  4. Use care when reading your e-mail. Do not open e-mail attachments without first scanning with your Anti-Virus software. Never open attachments forwarded to you from unknown sources.
